The view of the Pale di San Martino is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular of all the Dolomites. From our swimming pool connected to the hot outdoor jacuzzi, you can admire it immersed in the pleasure of hot water.
There are many hotels in Trentino with a heated outdoor pool, but not many where you can reach it from inside without even getting out of the water!

Inspired by the laconium of the Roman baths, it consists of a room with a temperature of 45-50°C and a humidity level of 55-65%. It firms and softens the skin, helps the elimination of metabolic waste, and, with a stay of at least 40 minutes it helpt the elimination of fat deposits.
The Turkish bath, or steam bath, is derived from the Hammam of the Arab world and exploits the benefits of heat and humidity. With a temperature of 45°C and a humidity level of 98%, this experience facilitates a deep cleansing and toning of the skin, aids breathing, boosts circulation, and gives a strong psychophysical relaxation.
Duration: 15 minutes.
A sensorial journey of emotional showers through water jets of four different temperatures and intensities, harmonised by chromotherapy and aromatherapy.
The sauna has a temperature of 90°C and a humidity of 20%. Its strong dry heat has important beneficial effects, including purifying the body through sweating, strengthening the immune system, and improving circulation and breathing, as well as providing great mental relaxation.
